Perception refers to the way sensory information is organized, interpreted, and consciously experienced. You know when you get out of a tough situation, look back on it and have a totally different point of view ? often clearer than ever ? perspective. know that in any given moment there are infinitely many perspective you can take. Try not to get too fixed in any one of them. Find different ones and come to a balanced opinion. often , that's where all the good stuff!!!!! Emotions however, have a tendency to hijack our perspective. so , be extra careful to not associate yourself with entirely feeling because , whilst it does have something to teach you, understanding it from the inside is difficult. when you can step outside of it and take a look at its form, where it comes from and how it plays out in your life , you will be much better able to take actions based on reality.
