  Perception refers to the way sensory information is organized, interpreted, and consciously experienced.  You know when you get out of a tough situation, look back on it and have a totally different point of view ?      often clearer than ever ?  perspective. know that in any given moment there are infinitely many perspective you can take.  Try not to get too fixed in any one of them.  Find different ones and come to a balanced opinion. often , that's where all the good stuff!!!!! Emotions however, have a tendency to hijack our perspective. so , be extra careful to not associate yourself with entirely feeling  because , whilst it does have something to teach you, understanding it from the inside is difficult.  when you can  step outside of it and take a look at its form, where it comes from and how it plays out in your life , you will be much better able to take actions based on reality.   Guard your heart , mind and thoughts. if you hang around people with limited thoughts and limited beliefs then over time that energy will seep into your subconscious mind without you even being aware of it.  if someone is on a lower vibrational plane ,don't be afraid to put some distance between the two of you. you have to guard your mind because it can be influenced and you don't even realize it .  so be very careful. if this is a person that you wish to speak faith into and help them move to a higher plane, then you must remember to check your own frequency often.  If the process is draining you of your own positive energy then you have to take breaks and allow your vibration to rise to a higher frequency.  Sometimes limiting physical / social interaction might be what is needed for you to recharge and instead you can direct this person to resource that you believe will help them on their journey to be enlighten Always be mindful  of how you feel and wh...

          TRUE SUCCESS TAKES TIME, THERE WILL BE DECADES WHERE NOTHING HAPPENS, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, THERE WILL BE WEEKS WHERE DECADES HAPPEN.  YOU CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH IN ONE DAY, SO STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP. BE PATIENT.  YOU WILL GET ALL THE THINGS  YOU WANT, BUT ITS LIKELY GOING TAKE A FEW MORE YEARS THAN YOU FIRST THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.  TAKE YOUR TIME TO MASTER THE SKILLS,BUILD UP THAT CONNECTIONS WITH YOUR MENTORS,AND HAVE THE COURAGE TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF.                                                                                           MINDFULNESS IS THE AWARENESS THAT EMERGES THROUGH PAYING ATTENTION ON PURPOSE, IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, AND NON JUDGMENTALLY TO THE UNFOLDING OF EXPERIENCE MOMENT TO  MOMENT. MINDFULNESS IS BEING IN THE PRESENT, BEING AWARE OF THE PRESENT.MANY RESEARCH HAVE DONE ON MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, IT ENHANCES LESS RUMINATION, STRESS REDUCTION HAD SIGNIFICANTLY LESS ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND SOMATIC DISTRESS, IT ALSO HELP TO BOOST WORKING MEMORY. THEY FOUND THAT THE MEDITATION GROUP HAD SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER PERFORMANCE ON ALL MEASURES OF ATTENTION AND HAD HIGHER SELF - REPORTED MINDFULNESS. A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP  IS WHEN TWO PEOPLE DEVELOP CONNECTION BASED ON:-  MUTUAL RESPECT TRUST HONESTY  SUPPORT  EQUALITY  SEPARATE IDENTITIES  GOOD COMMUNICATION  A SENSE OF PLAYFULNESS ALL OF THESE THINGS TAKE WORK.EACH RELATIONSHIP IS MORE LIKELY A COMBINATION OF BOTH HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY CHARACTERISTICS.  RELATIONSHIP NEED TO BE MAINTAINING AND HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS TAKE WORK. SOMETIMES TWO PEOPLE HAVE TO FALL APART TO REALIZE HOW MUCH THEY NEED TO FALL BACK TOGETHER.  BROTHER AND SISTERS ALWAYS YOU SHOULD TAKE EASY ON YOUR SELF, I DON'T KNOW  WHAT HAPPENED IN YOUR LIFE BUT WANT TO TELL YOU ONE THING,  LIFE IS A VERY  BEAUTIFUL THING. FORGET BETRAYERS NO MATTER, HOW BIG WAS HOODWINKED YOU !!!!! AND DISCOVER YOURSELF , IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING AND YOUR GLAMOROUS  SO DON'T CRY ON ANY BLUNDERS ACCEPT AND DON'T PATRONIZE YOUR SELF AGAIN!!! LIFE IS WAITING TO ASTOUND YOU AGAIN !!!!

STOP USING YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES AS AN EXCUSE. STOP LOOKING AT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE AND FEELING BAD ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE. A LOT OF PEOPLE APPEAR TO HAVE GREAT LIVES BUT WE NEVER KNOW THE REAL STORY. OUR LIVES ARE WHAT WE MAKE IT,SO MAKE THE MOST OF YOURS. WATER THE GRASS ON YOUR SIDE OF THE FENCE. SMILE BE POSITIVE AND LOOK TOWARDS YOUR FUTURE EXPECTANTLY.   DON'T TRY TO PUT ON A SHOW FOR OTHERS, INSTEAD TRY TO GET YOUR MIND AND YOUR LIFE IN ALIGNMENT TO THE THINGS YOU WANT. EVERYONE HAS STRUGGLES, SOMETIMES EVEN THE PEOPLE WITH PERFECT LIVE.  SO INSTEAD OF COMPARING YOURSELF TO THEM CHOOSE TO FILL YOUR MIND WITH THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS THAT WILL PUSH YOU AHEAD.  THIS IS HOW YOU CREATE PERSONAL GROWTH AND SUCCESS. ALWAYS MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR SITUATION.  HAVE AN INTRINSIC DETERMINATION THAT YOU WILL COME OUT OF THE SITUATION BETTER OFF. WATER YOUR MIND WITH POSITIVITY AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE SHINNING  REFLECTION OF THAT.

THERE IS THE PHYSICAL GROWTH OF THE BODY, AND THEN THERE IS THE MENTAL GROWTH OF THE MIND. THE PHYSICAL GROWTH OF THE BODY IS MOST INEVITABLE BECAUSE IT HAPPENS AT A CELLULAR LEVEL THOUGHT IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE TO RESIST CERTAIN PHYSICAL GROWTH THROUGH RESISTANT THOUGHTS, HOWEVER THE MENTAL GROWTH REQUIRED TO MATCH  NEW - FORWARD REALITIES IS WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE TEND TO RESIST BECAUSE OF THE TENDENCY OF THE MIND TO  CLING TO OLD IDENTITIES. WHEN YOU ARE NOT RESISTANCE TO THIS TRANSFORMATION,YOU LIFE SEEMS TO KEEP  MOVING IN A DYNAMIC WAY TOWARDS NEW REALITIES AND EXPERIENCES, BUT WHEN YOU ARE IN PLACE OF RESISTANCE TOWARDS THIS GROWTH YOU START FEELING STUCK,CONFUSED AND OUT OF SORTS,AND YOUR REALITY STARTS FEELING CONFLICTED AND IN CONGRUENT.
